Well this won't have much of an introduction. It's summer time and everyone loves a good cold smoothie to refresh him or herself down! Well here's something that will make you smile. They're quite simple to make! I think it's best to use fresh fruits for this delicious summer treat!
Ingredients
Fruit of your smoothie choice
(I used strawberries and bananas)
Milk (about 1 cup per serving)
Frozen Yogurt Vanilla Icecream (about 2 scoops per serving)
Crushed ice (opt)
Assembly
Using a blender add the fruit and milk. Blend together until frothy then add the icecream and crushed ice blending until smooth. Serve cold of course!
Final Thoughts
A refreshing drink and quite tasty! mix and match flavors to your hearts content! if it's not sweet enough add a little sugar to it (or splenda). Quick, simple, and a perfect finish to a summer lunch! Hope you enjoy! Happy eats!
Growing up when dinner-time came around we didn't just fend for ourselves and eat. We came together and would sit down at the table together, a tradition we still do to this day. However, now on my own I find myself longing for the home-cooked meals (and family memories) from the dinner table.
